A maintenance window has been scheduled for Tuesday September 19th, 2023 to Thursday September 21st, 2023 from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Representatives from Vertiv will be performing annual testing and preventative maintenance to power and battery backup systems in our Albany New York Data Center.

During this time, there will be brief periods where our building will transfer to generator power. We do not anticipate any problems, issues or outages. However, there is always a small chance

We have scheduled an upgrade of our R1Soft Server Backup (formerly Idera Server Backup or R1Soft CDP) platform software on cdp01.steadfast.net.  This upgrade will involve back-end changes only and will not affect the user interface.

This upgrade is being performed during the night and weekend because it is the lowest utilization period for the server.
