Helpdesk Software Update

Dear Valued Customer,
We have scheduled an upgrade of our help desk software (https://support.colohouse.com) to maintain the latest features, security, and compliance for our customer portal.
Date: Friday, August 4th, 2023.
Start Time: 2023-08-04 8:00 PM EDT.
End Time: 2023-08-04 9:00 PM EDT.
The ability to submit tickets via email and website, as well as the ability to view existing tickets and knowledgebase articles, will be unavailable during parts of the maintenance. Any requests submitted via email will be processed immediately after the maintenance is finished.
While the maintenance window has been set for 1 hour, we expect the upgrade process to take less time. We are allowing extra time for testing and resolution of any unexpected issues that may occur.
If you need help during the upgrade, please call us at (312) 602-2689 or (877) 539-4638. This maintenance will not affect any monitoring, billing, or management systems.
